I understand that Slack is Thursday Night for Contestants (no paid spectators around 200+ contestants and family) Spectator gates open at 7pm on Friday and Saturday. Booth setup is from 3pm-6pm. Booths must be set up no later than 6pm. All vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Payment is due in full by setup on June 30th. The WRC Rodeo will not be cancelled due to weather, (No refunds/Rain checks will be given unless WRC board of directors finds the vendor provided ample time to be substituted, or suffered extenuating circumstances).
