Rodeo Vendors

Event Rules and Information
● Slack is Wednesday Night & Thursday Morning for Contestants (no paid spectators, around 200+ contestants and family).
● Spectator gates open at 6:30 PM (Thursday - Saturday).

● Booth setup is from 12 PM to 3 PM on Thursday, July 2nd. All Vendor Spaces must be set up no later than 4 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS!
● WRC cannot guarantee availability of electrical hookups. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own power, including generators and extension cords.
● All booths must remain open from the time gates open to spectators until the completion of each nights performance. Booths that do not remain open for each night's performance will not be allowed to return to any WRC Event(s).
● Any Vendor Trailer or Food Trucks will not be allowed re-entry once the Vendor drive-through gate is locked at 4 PM on July 2nd.
● All vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booths.

● Payment is due once the application has been approved. Approved applications have 3 business days to pay their invoice prior to their spot no longer being “held”, as there are limited vendor spaces available.
● The WRC Rodeo will not be canceled due to weather.
● NO REFUNDS will be given once the application is approved. WRC Officers and Rodeo Chairman reserve the right to review case-by-case situations in extenuating circumstances.
● All Vendors will receive 1 assigned vehicle parking space and 2 Vendor passes per vendor spot. Any additional vendor passes will need to be approved by the Rodeo Chairman.
